Lived here for almost 2 years and here’s an honest opinion.. This place is trash. Don’t believe the fake 5 star reviews. They’re bots and are paid for. The real reviews don’t have people’s names in them. The front office girl is either begging for reviews or paying someone to write them. They call this place luxury homes but people with section 8 housing have taken over in the last couple years. For a one bedroom apartment, I paid close to 2 grand a month because they add in a bunch of fees that they don’t tell you about in the beginning when you sign the lease. You’ll pay $250-300 in fees that they won’t mention. The gym is small and sucks. The water in the gym tastes like dirty plumbing water. The pool is decent when it’s operational. I wanted to say that Silver and her team have made my transition seamless, enjoyable and stress-free! They truly make you feel like part of the family. If you're looking for an amazing experience with friendly and fun staff in a very quiet complex please go see Silver (Manager) and her team!!! Shout out to Kara holding down the fort and being the immediate contact when you enter the clubhouse. Couldn't feel more comfortable and taken care of!! Thanks Kara!!!!

I love my new home. The Manger Taylor is amazing She really made me feel welcome and the complex is beautiful. Taylor and the other lady in the office I cant remember her name but me feel at home and told me welcome that felt wonderful. The up keep of the property is great. They have great Amenities, I been telling family and friends how nice!

Taylor is very warm, genuine, and friendly. She gets to know her residents and will accommodate to address their needs. She responds promptly and always answers and clarifies any questions you may have. The complex and common areas are maintained well! I would recommend this apartment complex !!

I do not recommend living here. I am currently exploring options to break my lease due to ongoing issues with management and safety concerns. Maintenance turnaround times are extremely slow, and there is little to no follow-up after requests are submitted. Communication from management is inconsistent, yet they are quick to add additional fees for services that residents cannot opt out of. There have also been two reported fatal shootings in the past two months, which has significantly impacted my sense of safety. I strongly recommend researching recent local news before touring or leasing this property. There are better and safer options available in the area. I have chosen to change my name due to concerns about potential retaliation from management.
