Recently just signed my lease, but my experience before signing my lease was outstanding. Latanya, leasing agent was is the go to person. She provides her full attention on you, even offer you a beverage, water, hot or cold coffee, juice etc.. She provides all answers to any questions you may have, and if there is something she can't answer, trust me she will get the answer for you. Any issues best believe she will make sure to get them handled. She is truly a sweetheart heart and good at what she does. God's grace that sent me to her apartments Allegre Point. I'm a resident of this wonderful hidden gem, tucked away off Wells Branch. I normally read reviews, but i feel the need to write is one. When I moved her over a year ago i wasn't impressed. To much to write. But about 6 months ago a new manager signed on, Arlene and she's fabulous . The new maintenance crew are top notch. Hermes is the kind of maintenance man that when he comes to do something and sees something that isn't right he just fixes it. i don't know his helpers name but he's wonderful as well. Grounds are clean and beautiful. And LaTanya is always happy to help and greets you with a smile. Im so happy to call this my home.

I’ve had a great experience living here since 2023. The leasing office staff is always professional and goes above and beyond to meet my needs as promptly as possible. Even with maintenance crew changes, the ladies in the office never miss a beat, they make sure the new teams know what’s a priority and keep everything running smoothly. I especially want to highlight Latanya, who is exceptional at her job. She consistently over-communicates with tenants and makes sure we’re taken care of anytime we reach out. Her dedication really stands out. I also appreciate that the community hosts small events where residents can enjoy food and even win gift cards.. it’s a nice way to bring everyone together. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and care here.
