Cameron has stood by our side for years with the property she helped us move into. Even with some minor challenges on our end, she helped us get approved for a very expensive luxury property. And all services required have been handled quickly and by professional contractors. Cant recommend her more!

Moved from Okinawa Japan and rented a place with Jody Berger and was let down at every turn. We signed the lease blind (I know bad on us), but carpets were not cleaned, walls not painted, holes not patched, etc. Garbage disposal was inoperative, oven door wouldn’t open, agent was afraid to start the dishwasher during our walkthrough of fear it would leak. She gas lit us and told us our expectations were too high. On a positive note, we were able to break our lease and get all our money back. I wouldn't recommend her, but since she works for this company, I wouldn’t recommend it either.

Being married to the Military with multiple homes , we've used quite a few property management companies in the past. Jody Berger has been the best by far. She managed our rental property for over two and a half years. Jody is professional, quick to respond, trouble shoots problems, she is thorough and offers good advise. Jody is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend her.

I rented an apartment at the Falls with Jody Berger for less than one year when it was the time to receive my refund back she charged $393 ... Shockingly she charged $58 for 3 light bulbs !! Yes , you heard right .... bulbs made of Gold ??also , she replaced the entire door that it had a dent and charged me $160 !! It is disgusting that people can have guts to scam and take advantage of people on this time of Covid crises! I spend $250 in cleaning and never was late on my payments . As a matter of a fact , I will not be a victim of scammers of that nature anymore because I just purchased my home . Stay away from this woman !! Horrible professional!!

Stay away from this agent Jody Berger as other reviews have noted. I can write a whole essay about my experience but dont wanna waste my time. Just take my word and the others on here for it. Her staff is also incompetent and the people in her office give you a vibe that you are bothering them. Wouldn't use their agency for anything.
