Overall fantastic experience with this company. Todd was very thorough in explaining everything after I submitted my inquiry for an inspection and was quick to stay on top of any scheduling issues (initial appointment was going to occur during a snow storm). Also was quick to follow up if I forgot to complete any steps. During the day of the inspection, Adam showed up on time and was very respectful of our property. He made sure to check in with me before trying to get access to anything. The final walkthrough and report was incredibly thorough, and he was quick to show anything in person alongside what was documented. He also offered ways to resolve issues that were cost-conscious which I really appreciated. Will definitely recommend them to anybody I know and plan to use them again for

Great experience. Dave showed up on time, with shoe covers and all of the required tools/ladders to perform the inspection. He also took time to explain what he found and allow us to ask questions. He sent his report promptly and it was very thorough. Highly recommend.

Adam was my inspector for a post closing peace of mind inspection. He did a great job identifying issues that I never noticed and he was extremely knowledgeable about them all. He was very courteous of my property during his time. He gave me his cell phone number and told me I can text him anytime if I have questions about the report. I had JOE come out today and meet myself and my agent. Mold can be a scary thing. Very professional and personable. HE did his thing, explained and educated me all about mold and issues and told me the causes and really took his time explaining things. The report that was provided was also very detailed and included Photos of my property with the affected area. I am hoping to never need to utilize this service again but if i do I will DEFINITELY call ALL COUNTY HOME INSPECTIONS! Thank you So MUCH!

Everyone here is amazing, professional and kind!! My first interaction and phone call was very informative and helpful. Matt, our inspector was punctual, personable, and thorough. We also got our report instantly which was very helpful!! Matt was awesome, and was good at explaining everything. He also was super kind to let our young daughter follow him around for a little bit and show her stuff!! We will recommend them to everyone !
