I was able to get in contact with the Rental Agency manager Carolyn quickly and was given prompt responses on questions and concerns I've had. The woman who works in their office in the morning is very sweet and kind and always makes All Ameridream look good! The woman who works in the evening is also very kind and was pleasant to talk to the two times I did speak to her.

I absolutely love the unit that I rent! I have been here for 3 years and it really feels like home. The management responds quickly and effectively in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone that cares about the quality of where they live.

I met Colleen in 2001 when she sold me my first home in West Manheim Township. She was my realtor in 2014 when i sold my home and helped me find another home just a few miles away off Timber Lane. She is a true professional with lots of knowledge. She has also become a friend who is true and genuine as they come. AAD is the best realty company with knowledgable agents and a low commission plan.

Colleen & Gene are two great people to work with. They worked with me for a year trying to help me find my perfect home. They sent me listings all the time in my price range and at the drop of a hat made it possible for me to go and look at whatever property that I wanted to see. Everyone that works here are wonderful and would do anything to make the house buying process an easy and achieving experience. Definitely will be using them again when it is time to move to another home.
