All American Home Inspection

Would not recommend Steve to anyone. Hired him in March to do an inspection on a house we were buying in Davison. I had painters come in to paint, and as they were going thru the house to get things ready they found a smoke alarm with a screw going thru right where the battery was suppose to go, so of course there was no battery in it so it was non working. Found a plate in the closet with no cover and wirers hanging out of it. Several covers missing thru out the house. Sent him a picture of the smoke alarm and questioned him about the other things that should have been wrote on the inspection and his answer was he could not do a complete inspection because there was a women in the one bedroom on Hospice. I wish I could give zero stars. I wasn't going to review this company, but we have now had another thing come up that negatively impacts the quality of work done. We paid $730 for a home inspection as well as septic and well. The inspector showed up early and was let in by our realtor so by the time we got to the house they were finishing up. There were minor fixes found and included in the report. His assistant commented on outlets and windows that didn't work. Well the window was taped shut and that's why it didn't open, a balloon string was clearly caught in the bedroom fan and that's why it didn't work, the top plugs in the living room were connected to a switch for easy on/off for lamps and that's why they didn't work. We had to figure out a lot of things ourselves. We were told the s

said bathroom exhaust fans were not connected! Well, they were! he was just too lazy to check!
