Oxford Bank (Main Branch)

My mom passed away, so my sister and I were closing her account at the Oxford branch. The attendant told the lady we were there. She left us waiting while she ate her breakfast for 10 min. When we made it to her desk, she was not willing to help us, even though the court house told us what we needed to do. She dismised us, very obvious she didnt want to help. I went back to the court and they stated she was wrong and to tell her to look up the number at the bottom of the form. We did not do this. We instead took the form to Mary at the Dryden bank and she was absolutely wonderful. I hope this lady at the main branch gets someone more compassionate during her time of sorrow. A better business would reach out to someone when they leave a bad review to apologize or try to make it right but th

Excellent service at the counter. I have had some concerns with service lately and expressed them with the teller directly. She had great information and explained some of the issues they have had and assured me that my concerns would be addressed.

Oxford Banks business debit cards are susceptible to more fraud and identity theft than personal debit cards. Because it's a small chain Bank scammers Target them and they should know this I shouldn't have to do their job. They also do not support the customer when the fraud occurs unfortunately. There is minimal protection in place for business debit cards at the federal level. But even when it is a foregone conclusion the fraud occurred they still ignore it. Additionally, using most Apple driven credit card machines to pay for something they flag Oxford debit cards as fraud. Unfortunately I'm a victim. Additionally I'd like to add that the customer service at their 23 Mile road and Hayes location is dismal there's nobody in there as customers and there's one person sitting in there case

I frequent the Ortonville branch and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Glad to be part of the Oxford Bank Family!!!

Bait and switch for a HELOC. I was quoted a rate and after paying for an appraisal and waiting a month when I showed up to sign the rate was higher with no explanation.
