Alister Quincy

We lived at the property for almost 2 years. The maintenance team (led by Mandio) there always went above and beyond whenever we needed them the most. We had our water boiler, air conditioner and dishwasher all give out within weeks of each other. We could have had a very bad experience but thankfully they were there to make sure our issues were promptly fixed and stayed in constant communication while doing so.They were always professional, attentive, and responsive when we needed them. Availability is key for a team like theirs and they exceeded expectations every single time they were needed. From the very beginning to the very end, Mandio made sure everything went as smooth as possible whenever we had any issues.

I want to really appreciate the maintenance services at our apartment community, especially Kevin from the maintenance team. He resolved our refrigerator issue very quickly and in the best possible way. Every time we raise a request, he arrives before time, identifies the problem immediately, and fixes it without any delay. He’s extremely efficient, professional, and clearly very good at his job. We’re very happy with the service and it makes a big difference in our living experience. Thank you, Kevin! 🤩

I have high regards for the maintenance team here at Alister Quincy. They are quick to address the issues and resolve them. Huge shout out for Kevin especially. He is awesome! He not only gets the job done but actually cares about the experience. He is very thorough and is always cognisant of our schedule. Thanks a lot for all your help Kevin! Really appreciate it.

Thank you Brian , Daniel for being nice for entire stay at Alister Quincy. 😍😍😍 Felt very happy and enjoyed stay at Alister. I never found one insect or bug at my home. Peaceful and premium, Green community. Encourages to improve your thoughts and work. Good thing is Tickets on apartment issues are resolving in one day. Many car parking slots. I would like come back and stay in future.

Okay overall. Our issues usually center around some type of maintenance concern. All of the staff ( maintenance and administration) are very nice but there are issues that are not always fully resolved and/or need follow up. I also have concerns about building security, (locked entry doors are always being propped open for no apparent reason, i.e. no one is around or doing any work in the building). Reached out about the issue twice and never got a response in the past.
