I’ve been living at Alister, for some time now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The community here is fantastic, and the apartments are modern, well-maintained, and situated in a great location. A special shoutout to Joel, the community manager, who has been nothing short of amazing. He’s always friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any questions or concerns I’ve had have been addressed promptly and professionally, making living here stress-free. I also want to give a big thank you to Mike, the service manager. He’s incredibly efficient and always ensures that any maintenance requests are handled quickly and effectively. By far the happiest experience living at a rental apartment community at the downtown Morristown area! The property management team is truly caring their residents, and they worked as a team to ensure to execute the high quality of maintenance quality. The maintenance quality for the Alister Morristown property is absolutely top ranked if you need to have a comparison idea with other nearby rental properties at this area. Moreover, you can truly feel that it's a healthy and supportive living environment that has seasonal community activities available to the residents to come together! I moved in a month ago and so far have absolutely loved living here! I love my apartment, the community feel, and the walkability to downtown Morristown. My only complaint has been parking availability but after a while you get into a rhythm and routine and it gets easier to find. Would definitely recommend living here!

I lived in Alister for a little over 5 years and loved living there. The community is nice, with easy access to the green, the train and a running/biking path while also being far enough away that you don’t feel like you’re right in a city. I loved having the park nearby for my dogs and residential neighborhood nearby to walk my dogs even when it was dark out. Maintenance was always helpful and the leasing office was always responsive
