Alister Montclair

My family and I have genuinely enjoyed our experience at Alister so far! Staff have been super friendly and helpful. From day 1, both Gabriel and Selena from the leasing office have made this a very comfortable transition. From the moment we toured , Gabriel has been very accommodating and patient with us. As a family with two kids under 3, we were nervous that the space wouldn’t be adequate. To our pleasure, the apartment feels great for us! From the gym to the resident lounge, we plan on utilizing every space and look forward to staying.

I just want to rate 5 star for our experience with Alister Montclair. We lived there for more than 7 years and had wonderful experiences with the management and the community. The whole management, especially Sellena Bradley was so helpful during our time at Alister Montclair.

I knew I wanted to live in Montclair for my “fresh start” with all the arts the town has to offer. I couldn’t have chosen a better place than Alister Montclair. Easy walk to the train for my commute to work in NYC. Tons of restaurants are walkable too! Staff and residents are very friendly and the pool and BBQ areas are a bonus. Moving to Alister in Montclair was best decision I made in the last year. A safe, friendly, beautiful apartment in a vibrant town.

Excellent place to live overall. I’ve been here 2 years & plan on staying a 3rd. I wish the pool was open more than it has been. There have been a number of service requests needed but Maintenance is quick & great though. I recommend Alister to anyone.

Moved in the new year and have been beyond happy with our decision to move to The Alister. The staff are very responsive and have been incredible. Love the events the building host and throws! Such amazing food and drinks and great engagement with neighbors! Me and my husband love living here!
