Aliso Briargate Apartments

The team at the leasing office is AMAZING. They made my wife feel safe and answered ALL of our questions. It took 24 hours from our first introduction to moving in. Seamless and great communication!

This is genuinely the best community I've lived in (and I've moved around a lot). Aliso has a great location, right across the street from Target. It's safe, quiet, and well-maintained too. I make daily use of the fitness center, which is really well-equipped for an apartment gym, and often play pool in the lounge, too - both of those have been great ways to meet my neighbors. The staff are kind, especially Abriana. I've renewed my lease twice here with next to no increase in rent, too. Love it here.

Aliso Briargate Apartments is a really great community to live in and we absolutely love living here. When our lease was up last year, we searched many apartments for something closer to our work, but none of the apartments compared to our apartment at Aliso. We're in a third floor 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Here's what we love: - Conveniently located off of Powers and directly across from a Target. Easy access to major stores and quick commute over to I-25. - Really big gym with weight machines, free weights, a yoga studio, and cardio machines that is open 24/7. - Nice size game and recreation center with pool, shuffle board, fooseball, couches, tables and chairs, and kitchen area open 24/7. - Hot tub and pool are open year round with hours 10-10. It's rarely crowded. - Several

I have lived here 3 years and it has been an exceptional experience! All of staff is very helpful with anything you may need. The complex is very clean, very safe, and always has staff on location to help with maintenance emergencies. I love living here!

I enjoy living here. It’s quiet for the most part and staff are friendly. Maintenance could be better with communication. Parking is also hard during weekends, and anytime after 5pm. Overall, yeah I’d recommend living here.
