Alight Tempe

This place is not taken care of very well. Me and two of my previous roommates had problems with other roommates bringing in large groups of unauthorized people into the apartment to live there indefinitely. In my case, they made noise all night, slept in the living room and trashed it, smoked weed and stole my food. I notified the leasing office in person and by email and it took forever for them to even send a notice to these people. This was not allowed under the lease, but every time I went to the leasing office, they seemed to brush it off saying things like "what do you want us to do about it?" For parking, the monthly fee for residents has been raised twice since I've been here and they added gates at the exit that keep breaking. One has been broken for months with no plan to fix it

I’ve had a great experience living here at Alight! The community is affordable, quiet, and well-maintained, and the office team is friendly and responsive whenever something comes up. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. I’m really happy with my apartment and would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live! Shoutout to the wonderful front office and their amazing people there!!!!

Living here at Alight has been nothing but a great experience. From the warm welcomes and hello’s by the office, to the clean and quick maintenance workers, I have enjoyed every moment of the last 2 years. The office personnel are fantastic at assisting with any needs and making sure the residents are as comfortable as possible. Alight offers very affordable rates with clean apartments and highly skilled maintenance workers in the event of any issues. All the employees have truly made my living experience amazing. Also, the office’s dedication to community events and making sure we residents have something to come and grab helps make the difficult days better. And they have free coffee! #LiveAlight

Had a great experience stopping by today for some property outreach. Isabella was the only one in the office at the time and still took the time to be welcoming, friendly, and helpful. She made the interaction easy and positive, shared their contact info, and made sure we had what we needed to follow up. Really appreciate her professionalism and warm attitude!!!it made a great first impression.

Amazing tour! The staff was really welcoming, the property looked clean, and the unit layout was really nice. Our tour guide Braedon explained everything very clearly, and answered all of our questions. This space was a great option and the community felt safe. Close to asu campus and solid option if you’re apartment hunting!
