I left a 1 star review a few months ago, around August 2025, and since then my review is taken down. I suspect Alight Norman reported my review. If that doesn’t tell you what you need to know about the management here, just look at their responses to other bad reviews. Original review: Insane amounts of cockroaches and they basically stole $300 from me at the end of my time here (2 years) then continued to ignore my emails and even ignore me when I went into the office. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and it’s perfect if you want a community experience with events, a gym, a pool, and lounge areas. Maintenance is super easy to request and they get it done asap! Overall it’s an amazing place to call home for the price.

Alight Norman has given me and my roommates nothing but grief. From a HEAVY roach infestation (which is categorized as more than 25 roaches) to broken everything it takes a call and a review to get a response. From waiting multiple weeks on an ice machine that was promised after our fridge broke and WE were forced to clean up the old trash from the tenants and dozens and dozens of dead roaches to multiple annoyances like the only solution to the roach infestation being to split me and my roommates up for a temporary reassignment while the pests were being taken care of. Which I am SO GLAD I didn’t take them up on because after a WHOLE MONTH there are still plenty and plenty of roaches. Not to mention other units in my building had been deemed unlivable under attorney advising….So who knows

Absolutely terrible apartment complex resident quality of life service. It is a struggle to speak to a front desk member over the phone due to automated AI. When attempting to speak to management via email, they would not respond unless prompted with multiple emails, if at all. Assistant manager Kayleigh Riley was especially unhelpful over several weeks. This apartment complex is ran in the most disadvantageous way to the actual residents. Be sure that you will receive many mysterious charges, despite being given run down apartments with cigarette burns on couches at times. The appliances are old and dysfunctional. I do NOT recommend moving into Alight Norman — due to poor property management. I lived here for two years, and while there were some positives, the overall experience was disappointing because of how poorly the property is managed. To be fair, the office staff (Colby) was always friendly and willing to help, but unfortunately the problem lies in the management’s decisions and lack of accountability. Major Issues I Faced: * The pool was closed most of the time, and many gym machines were broken or in poor condition. I reported a gym bench with loose bolts multiple times (a serious safety issue), and it was never fixed. * My roommates and I were fined for hanging decorative lights on our balcony, even though management was actively promoting a Halloween contest encouraging balcony decorati
