i would genuinely rather sleep in a levee than to ever live at alight again. i usually read reviews and suck it up if it’s bad BUT PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW AND DECIDE TO STAY ELSEWHERE. i didn’t even stay there a long time and still had the worst experience. i will write out a list for you to understand how bad it was living at alight. 1. pest problem: they have roaches of all variety at alight. you want to see a roach? they got about five different species of roach you can choose from. 2. fines: even if you have proof that you did not cause damages, they will not budge fr. they’ll charge out the posterior cause they’re money hungry. forgot to turn off a light at move out? $200 fee off rip. i genuinely sent proof of the issues and they still charged me for issues that occurred prior to my

My last two years at this apartment has not been satisfying. Unfortunately, this year there was a fire above my apartment. I had to move out my apartment because Water was leaking everywhere due to the sprinklers being turned on from the fire. That day management had to move me to a new apartment because I could not sleep in my apartment that I was at originally. I moved into the new room that I was in and it was very dirty. They did not have maintenance or the cleaning crew come in the next day and scrub the carpet. I asked a manager that took me to the room. Will they be coming to clean the room? She told me yes. So I was waiting for someone to come to my room to clean the carpet. I also have videos of the carpet that day after I moved in because it was 12am when I moved in the apartmen

This is the worst apartment complex in Baton Rouge. The management team is the worst Jyla Ford and Robyn Pennywell are the most horrible, uncaring managers I have ever seen. My daughter's lease was wrongfully terminated and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars.

I hate living here, it don’t matter what problem you have all they say is “we are working on it” we have had wifi issues since august and they been telling us the same sorry excuse over and over again. As a student, the least you could have in your apartment is wifi and guess what? WE DON’T HAVE THAT. If I could give this place zero stars I would. We have been having issues with our dryer for months and instead of replacing it they fiddle around and mark the work order as complete and the issue REMAINS. I hate hate hate hate hate it here. I hate the fact that people you are in communication with are horrible and can’t help you with a damn thing.

This place doesn't even deserve any stars because it is the worst place ever!!! My roommates and I had to deal with roaches for a year, and after several complaints to the management which they thought it was a joke. I finally had to go there, like I was ready to fight before they took me seriously. Your rent will never be what you signed; it'll always go up. The people working at the leasing office are not only lazy, nonchalant, and unprofessional, but they also have their favorite tenants and tend to discriminate a lot!!!! Let's not even talk about the insecurities in this apartment. My car was broken into, and they didn't seem to care!!! All they said is they are not responsible for damages to any private properties. Mind you, there are no cameras in this building, so no matter what hap
