My experience with Alicante has been truly wonderful. From the beginning, everything has felt smooth, well organized, and welcoming. You can really sense the care and attention that go into the community, and that makes a big difference. What really makes Alicante stand out is the management, especially Trixie. She is amazing. Always kind, professional, approachable, and genuinely caring. Her positive energy and leadership are easy to feel, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make the experience a great one. Liz and Monette are always friendly and helpful, the maintenance request process is simple and efficient, and the payment platforms are fast, clear, and very easy to use. I wanted to follow up and share my appreciation for the warm welcome and overall positive experience at Alicante with your team and in observing the manager. Out of the six properties (one not mentioned as it was not worth the free advertising) I toured that day (Reflections at the Lakes, Aspire at Flamingo Grand, Reverb, and Alicante), your office was one of four that genuinely made me feel welcomed and not like an inconvenience. I absolutely love living at Alicante Apartments! The community is fantastic, and the service is always top-notch. The apartments themselves are modern, comfortable, and well-maintained. Ashley and Mark are incredible—they’re always ready to help, extremely understanding, and genuinely kind. The atmosphere here is welcoming, with a great pool area and a safe, friendly environment that’s perfect for families and kids. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to call home!

Liz Romero and Monet Burnett are the most helpful, fun, pleasant, professional, and downright cool people I have ever met at a leasing office. They both go way above and beyond to be helpful. As for Alicante apartments...clean, quiet, price is right, and good amenities. What more can I say?

I decided to take a last-minute look at apartments and had the pleasure of meeting the leasing consultant Travis. He was pleasant, approachable, and very knowledgeable. As we toured the grounds, he knew the residents by name! A beautiful well-kept property with employees who clearly take pride in what they do!!
