This place is like a place for homeless people to just live in. They barely have a manager. And when they do have a manager they are never there. So they have a new manager and she lives in the apartment building! My friend tried to get a janitorial position there and they said if you live in the apartment building you can not work in the apartment building. Work orders are not done on time. My friend has a work order from over a year ago and it’s still not done! Human poop and urine is always on the stairs. The place has a terrible smell. It’s barely clean. Definitely not safe! Especially kids! They supposed to have security but they are never there. Worst place I’ve seen.

Worst apartments I’ve ever lived in! The property manager is very trifling! He keeps letting his self in my unit without notice or my permission. They have a roach infestation and told me it would take 2 months for an exterminator to come out. My air filters are sooo dirty and no one has came to change them but they have time to complain about every else. I witnessed a stabbing on the 4th floor and the tenants are still here meanwhile they are trying to put me out over a dog that is on my lease!

VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER. HE TALKS BAD TO YOU ON THE PHONE. HE TOOK MY MONEY ORDER AND HAS BEEN GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND ON NOT GIVING IT BACK . I NEVER FILLED OUT APPLICATION BECAUSE I FOUND SOMETHING MUCH BETTER.APARTMENT BLDG SMELLS REALLY BAD. WENT TO ONE APARTMENT AND I WOULDN'T MOVE ANYONE IN SOMETHING LIKE THAT. THEY ARE A BIG JOKE.

Helped a friend move into here these apartments are really nice with wooden floors through out the building
