This a wonderful place to live, in addition and most obvious are your well trained courteous leasing staff who demonstrate values that you can trust. Kindness is my virtue and their leasing staff makes you feel welcomed without high pressure sales tactics. In addition Alexan Apartments Good neighbor policy establishes and sets an example of mutual respect, friendliness with kind polite neighbors that help each other. Their maintenance and cleaning staff sets an example for keeping Alexan Tempe meticulously clean from top to bottom. The grounds and swimming pool are beautifully maintained as are the spacious apartments with large bathroom and a large spacious tub when you need to soak your weary bones. I have liked living in this apartment for the most part. Just last week, management informed us the free coffee area we have had open access to is now changed to a paid amenity. When we toured this place in July, we were told we'd get open access to free coffee at the shared espresso machine. Switching this mid-lease with very little notice to the residents feels wrong to those who signed when it was free. They switched it to 10 free a month then up to $3 per cup after that and gave us a one week notice of this change.

Toured this place today and we had unfortunately high expectations given the reviews. The amenities are sub-par and you get the typical pool access, business center etc. What drove us away immediately from this place was the very worn and dirty carpeted hallways. We were told they had valet trash and it is evident they do. The carpet in the hallways are nasty. There were bits of paper throughout each hallway as well. We were told they vacuum once a month. Really? Once?! Y’all have trash laying on each floor and the management has the audacity to ignore this for a whole month? The layout of the apartment we saw was perfect. We loved it. Unfortunately the dirty carpet and hallways was a dealbreaker. No apartment community should go a month without vacuuming.. period. Especially with valet

It's a 5-star apartment. We've lived here for more than a year, and this has been our best living experience in AZ. We were the first tenants to our unit, so everything was brand new and shiny. You could tell they were luxurious. Overall, I would recommend this place to everyone who has the right budget. Yes, you pay extra $235-$400 fee on top of your base rent, depending on if you have pets. We have two cats, so that's $110/mo pet rent. And then you pay for the $150 MT Plus (internet, valet, SmartHome, package, etc.) and about $85 conservice fee (water, trash, sewer, common area electricity, etc.). Carport is $45. There're free parking spots, too, just need to be lucky sometimes. But the "expensiveness" is not Alexan Tempe's shortcoming, it's ours lol. Cuz it worths every penny you spen

I had a wonderful experience living here, thanks to the outstanding management and maintenance team. The maintenance staff responds incredibly quickly to every request, ensuring issues are resolved promptly. Our property manager is equally impressive always proactive, communicative, and diligent with follow-ups. While the rent may be on the higher side, the level of service and peace of mind you get in return makes it worth budgeting for. Coming home to a well maintained property and a responsive team truly makes all the difference. Highly recommend!
