Alexan Riverside

I’ve lived at Alexan Riverside for about 6 months now and have had a great experience so far. The property is very well maintained and consistently clean, which truly makes a difference day to day. I really admire how they prioritize hosting multiple resident and community events each month. It genuinely feels like a true community, not just an apartment complex. The staff are friendly, make a point to remember names, and are very responsive with any questions or work orders, which I truly appreciate. I’ve enjoyed using the pool, pool and ping pong tables, community rooms, turf and BBQ area, and the fire pit which has recently become my favorite place to drink wine with friends now that the weather is getting cooler. I absolutely love living at Alexan Riverside! The community is always exceptionally clean, especially the amenities that are beautifully maintained and make coming home feel like a true retreat. The leasing team is incredibly professional, friendly, and always quick to answer any questions I have about renewals or community policies. The maintenance staff truly goes above and beyond. Every service request I’ve submitted has been handled promptly and with great care, and they’re always respectful and thorough. Because of the outstanding service, cleanliness, and overall experience, I loved living here so much that I’ve decided to renew my lease. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to call this place home!

We’re just steps away from great activities, restaurants, and the trail, which makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors and everything the area has to offer. The staff here is truly outstanding. I work in the property management industry myself, and I really appreciated how warmly they welcomed me as a walk-in. The manager, Jenna, even came out to introduce herself, which immediately made me feel valued. Zoe was incredibly knowledgeable about the floor plans, pricing, and current concessions, and she answered every question I had. I also met Ben, the assistant manager, in the elevator while he was conducting a tour. He was polite, friendly, and made me feel right at home. Overall, the entire team made a wonderful impression. Highly recommend Alexan Riverside!

I am so excited to move in to Alexan. I toured with Benjamin. He’s so friendly and helpful. He was telling me about all of the fun residents events they do here. He has been so easy to work with. I had a ton of questions that he answered for me. The property seems so quiet and clean and well kept. Thanks again for making this process easy and as stress free as moving can possibly be.
