Alex went the extra mile with at every step - acting immediately on very short notice with homes I was interested in, helping to see if the home that I ultimately liked the best was priced right, leading me to a good home inspector, helping me decide what to offer, keeping me informed even while out town, and setting everything up for a smooth closing day. I'm sure, even having said all of this I have probably missed a few things. He is professional and thorough while also responsive and caring.

I am responsible for an elderly family member whose home needed to be sold. I had been gradually packing, donating and getting rid of things over several years, however the process was getting bogged down with so many other things I had to take care of. Alex is a neighbor whom I had gotten to know through our neighborhood group. He offered his assistance as far as helping to get the home cleaned out and ready to put on the market if that's what I chose to do. I decided to ask for his assistance and he was amazing. He referred me to a small business that handles packing, selling, donating, etc. the items in the home and then cleaning up the home to prepare it to sell. That happened very efficiently and in a very short period of time. Alex then met with me to explain the process of li
