Alderwood

I recently moved into to the Alderwood Apartments and they have been amazing. After being here for a short time we had a hotwater heater issue and it was solved quickly. The maintenance worker was on it and took care of our problem that day. I appreciate it thank you for the great work and quick response.

I love this place, the neighbors are very quiet, they are excellent, the maintenance great people and the manager is definitely a great person, very attentive and always aware of the neighbors.

APPLICANTS BEWARE!!!!!!! Hugo Ruiz does not return any calls or emails. I had applied, called, emailed and left messages with not one return call. 3 WEEKS later I was casually sent an email saying my application was accepted. I'm still trying to get my deposit back because who wants to live in a place where the manager does not care at all! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

My rating was changed from 1 star to 4 stars. Management has changed hands, and the entire property received an upgrade. Both visually and in overall tenant experience. Brand new washers, parking expanded slightly, and the authoritarian nature of the old managers has vanished. Vast improvements have been made. A bit pricy but this is California we’re talking about. I do recommend staying here.

My brother has not had heat since 12-17-2021 despite several emails and calls to the manager there has been nothing done for over TWO MONTHS. I have been in property management for over 10 years, what a disgrace to not even have the decency to follow up with a resident regarding such a necessity! HUGO you need to do your job and figure this out ASAP. Seriously take care of it……. Quit dodging your renters. Your owners should be aware of such business practices.
