Alderwood by Watt Communities

My experience with Alderwood by Watt Communities so far has been a smooth process. The sales manager, Betsy, has been a delight to work with! I always have so many questions (small or big), but she still answers them so quickly even on her days off! She’s always been so organized, responsive, and kind towards me. As a first-time home buyer, her responsiveness is really what brought me ease.

Buyer beware. Unprofessional, plain and simple. We met with Betsy Wohler for a viewing this past weekend. After going through the models, I had asked about pricing for future releases, as I was curious as to whether pricing would fluctuate between the releases. Betsy's answer to myself, my mother, and my fiancée, was "Do you have any skin in this game?" She then proceeded to launch into a 5 minute condescending explanation of how the builder prices the models at Alderwood. We all left promptly, having never felt so talked down to in our lives. We obviously will not return. With so many builders in the Rancho Cordova area, we'll be looking to buy elsewhere in this area.

Watt Construction team does not value the safety of the community as they do not clean up after their construction efforts each day. Nails, long screws and construction wrap and securing metal straps are left on the ground potentially hurting kids, puncturing tires and does not help the image they want to build as a development alongside other housing communities. Absolutely no professionalism despite having talked to their two construction e leads. It also seems their real estate agent doesn't relay concerns to the construction teams as well.
