This place is awful! The manager doesn't have a clue and was always asking my daughter to sign more paperwork. Nothing has ever been fixed including the countertop coming unglued, the hot water heater which takes about 5 minutes to heat the water, a broken toilet seat, etc, etc, etc. On top of that, someone comes in at least once a month while she's at work to supposedly inspect something. Last month it was to check the smoke alarm battery. The battery died but they never replaced it. Then they claimed they needed to do a key check--they know their key works because they come in all the time--and they only give you one day's notice! Now they are supposedly going to sell the complex, so they're bringing in people to give tours of her apartment that she's paying for. And they don't even have

This place sucks, if I had a choice I'd move. They micromanage everything, although no police report was filed (personally I think people should at least have this documented even if they don't press charges) they enter tenants apartments without notice with no emergency conditions exist. That's B&E NO? 3 PEOPLE witnessed this from just 1 appartment but they were seen in others. Not just management but corporate. The property is owned by USA MUILTIFAMILY MANAGEMENT, INC. Don't believe me try them for yourselves. Might I suggest instead of planting spies (no joke) why not treat tenants with dignity and respect maybe you would get some back. Involve ur tenants give them a vested interest in your rentals. Communicate, compromise, talk with your neighbors if there's no danger. Why is that so h
