Alder Springs Apartments

Really, really nice , roomy apartments. The bedrooms are big and spacious, they allow small dogs or cats with a security fee, includes a washer and dry and air conditioning. Nice neighborhood. Seems fairly quiet, Right across the street from Kelly Middle School and Howard Elementary. Bus line is right in front of Kelly. Average rent prices!!! Nice and clean!!

I don't often leave reviews for places so I figured I may as well. I am currently a resident, but I will be moving soon since I received a job elsewhere. My boyfriend and I were pretty lucky to get this place. We have a 2 bedroom and 2 bath and its super large and I've had no problems with any of the appliances. The kitchen is massive and the management staff have always been pleasant when I needed help. I haven't needed any maintenance so really no info on how all that goes. We started at $1305 for rent which really isn't bad for the place, but it did go up to $1360. They did give us a few months notice before so I don't really mind. Only downside of the place I've found is that there are multiple of the same apartment numbers. I am in apartment 202, but there are like 10 other 202s so ge

I love it here the apartment is really beautiful but the only thing is there is a lot of wasps nests in the area and on the balcony’s and patio area

I used to be a resident of this complex and I loved my experience there in terms of dealing with the management, who were incredibly nice and always very prompt at addressing issues. I also liked the low price, the fact it was in a relatively safe area, and the fact it was quiet. However, I must deduct one point that the management can't do anything about but I want others to be aware - this is an apartment in a very car-dependent area. You will be driving to get to everything. There's nothing at all within easy walking distance, you NEED to have a car. I realized after I got vaccinated and started going out again during COVID that a car-dependent lifestyle was not for me, so I needed to move to a place that would be easier for me to live in. Beautiful community, great amenities, great quality units, friendly management, right off of NW Expressway and very pet friendly. Now you'd think you'd pay an arm and a leg for this, especially at current Eugene rental rates, but no. It is incredibly affordable. This is best demonstrated by the fact that the vacancies are shrinking rapidly. Very happy to call this place home.
