DON'T move here. I repeat DON'T move here unless you are desperate and have no problem living with mice, bugs, smelling weed throughout the building, no response from an unlicensed manager who has an attitude when you call with a question, dealing with a office clerk who constantly has a big attitude when you call, office closed all but one day a week, no qualified maintenance people who will leave your door unlocked when they do come, months waiting for repairs in your apartment, roof leaking, ceiling tiles falling down or missing in the hallways, half-painted walls, no hot water for 10 days and at times no water at all with little notification, residents pitching in to pay the water and sewage bills, it's like we're all roommates that split the water and sewage bills for the entire build

I really like my place very spacious with 1 1/2 baths and a balcony it’s bright and inviting neighbors are quite elevators are convenient and buildings are safe and property is clean and maintained haven’t visited the pool yet but looks clean. Only hang up is if you order something from Amazon etc be sure too go and get it asap as I was missing a package that was supposedly delivered despite all I will signing for another year

My experience with ALL the staff at the complex has been beyond exceptional. The complete office staff are so professional. They get back to you very quickly with any questions or concerns. They even helped me find the complex of a dark rainy night. They got me information that I needed for the USPS to get my address correct ( it was my mistake when I did the change of address). The maintenance staff is also top notch. They helped me get into my apartment and every time I see them , they ask if I needs anything and how I am doing. It is like being part of the family here at Alcoma on the green. David Knight

Everyone of those 5 star posts above are all fake. First off there's never anyone in the office. Second kinda funny how they were all wrote 4 months ago, about the same time when we got the 8th different manager in about 4 years. Like what. Load. This place used a cutting board plastic to cover the 1x1 foot hole they cut in the ceiling on my bathroom, and this was 8 months ago. There's always at least one elevator that's broken down. They have the worst management ever. Don't believe me? Come ask a few people that live and see what they say.

My experience was very great !! Customer service is great. They help you out when you need the help. Very interactive and is worth it. Thank y’all so much 👍🏾. Kelly is the best property manager BETTER than the last property manager. Cymphane is the best assistant ever also very enthusiastic 🤩
