Ive been the treasurer for our HOA for the last eight years. Albert Management and specifically Alison Posey, our property manager, have been amazing. The bad rating provided by one of our unit owners for Albert Management not fixing our vandalized mail box is unwarranted. USPS regulation mandates using only their USPS approved repair service.

IT'S NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM AND IF YOU DO THEY STILL DON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT "FIXING" PROBLEMS OR TAKING CARE OF CONCERNS. OUR MAILBOXES HAVE BEEN BROKEN FOR WEEKS AND STILL HAVE NOT BEEN FIXED. WE HAVE TO GO TO THE MAIN P.O. AND THEN, OFTEN THE MAIL IS "OUT FOR DELIVERY" WHICH OF COURSE IT CAN'T BE SO IT GOES BACK TO THE P.O. SINCE TALKING TO ALISON POSEY, SHE MADE ME CHANGE MY REVIEW TO A 5 STAR. SHE IS AMAZING!

Absolutely archaic payment system. This system needs to be updated with safeties in place for your customers. Communication can drastically be improved as well. UPDATE since I cant reply to your response: No, they are absolutely not best in class, and very far from it. A best in class service will notify you via email or text if your HOA payment has not been processed. Credit cards get canceled, people go on vacation, and life happens. Instead, Albert management will send you exorbitant late fees for their customer with multiple homes and perfect track records. Every year I walk into your office and ask my HOA manager what my dues are for the entire year. I then submit a check for that amount to Albert Management. Last year, my HOA manager GAVE ME THE WRONG AMOUNT and I was in Europe for

Strike 2 for this management company. My HOA rep does not work on Friday. How nice! Given to another rep. who of course does not answer the phone and of course sent an email and received no response. Had a HOA issue related to construction. Asked for some assistance was sent a page from the CCR's. Asked for clarification of the information in the CCR's. Never heard back from anyone at Albert. Not very professional. Like most management firms their only interest is to make sure you pay your HOA fees.

Lori Albert - since I cannot reply to you in google and you did not bother to reach out to me to see if there was anyway to correct the issue here is my call log showing 20 attempted calls today and my email log with “Joe” showing how he did not reply to me, and still has not replied to me. In the future you should pick up the phone and reach out to people who have a concern with your business not make weak excuses.
