Tyler is professional and highly personable which contributes to his effectiveness as a negotiator. With his assistance we were able to purchase a home that was not yet being marketed and consequently bought at an excellent price, on our timeframe. Tyler also has a good list of inspectors, title companies, knows local financing options and contractors for a range of needs. Tyler set up tours at several excellent options and facilitated our purchase of a lovely 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath home with a stunning view of the Eagle River Valley and Cook Inlet.

Patrick came recommended as a family friend and man of integrity. He made an initial representation offer to us as Sellers that caught our interest, made promises to follow-up with emails and the appropriate authentisign documents to get us moving forward. Never happened, only an 8pm text conversation about us needing to agree to a number of additional expenses and an attempt to strong arm us with funding his photographer before he would move forward to list, dispite us already having listing photos. Bottom line, a dishonest and disingenuous man who does not have your best interest prioritized over his own gain and agenda. Recommend stearing clear.

Feeling like a burden with a less than responsive realtor is the worst. With Tyler Hughes, this was not an issue.
