Alara Uptown Luxury Apartments

Ok, now, after living here for one month, I think I can write my review based on experience. I had a great experience with the apartment leasing office. The staff was professional, responsive, and very welcoming throughout the entire process. Special appreciation goes to Alma, who was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Alma made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, and her positive attitude truly stands out. She really handled my stress about moving from another state very professionally. I also want to highlight the maintenance service, which has been excellent. The maintenance team is friendly, efficient, and quick to respond to requests, always making sure everything is handled correctly.

I had a wonderful experience visiting Alara Uptown Apartments. Delia greeted me with such positive energy and a warm smile. She listened attentively, answered all of my questions with care, and made the visit very welcoming. The property is beautiful and very well kept. I truly enjoyed my visit and highly recommend Alara Uptown and their amazing team, especially Delia!

I rarely leave reviews but decided after renewing here for a second year I should share my thoughts. I’ve lived in uptown for 5 years across several apartment complex’s and so far, the Alara is one of my favorites!! The location is great, I love the floor plan options, I love that we have assigned parking spots (at no cost), and I love that I feel absolutely safe here. So far, no issues with crime or car break ins (which is rare for Dallas) and having night guards gives an extra piece of mind. Maintenance guys usually come the next day after I submit a request and it’s always taken care of properly. I always see the maintenance team on the property working hard and are super friendly. My roommate and I stayed at the Alara Uptown for 25 months and we enjoyed our time until we were met with a $976.12 "carpet replacement" fee for a place we left in perfect condition. Please beware of hidden fees that are not explicitly mentioned in your lease when considering this apartment! In my experience there are many other strong options in this exact area with truthful advertising and lease agreements!

I just moved here last month, and I am beyond impressed! Alma was my main contact in the leasing office and she is always ready to help with anything you need. The maintenance is so fast and quick to respond to any needs as well. The parking garage is very safe and clean, and the hallways are always very tidy. This apartment is awesome, and everyone I’ve met so far is very nice! I would definitely recommend living here!!
