Alaqua at Frisco Apartments

Pros: Maintenance (Lloyd in particular) was excellent. He addressed and corrected all issues pleasantly and timely. He was very thorough. Obviously, the property is in an amazing location. Holly and Jessica are great to work with and very responsive. Cons: I will echo the sentiments of a few of the other reviews regarding upkeep of the hallways (though it has improved). I realize most properties are short staffed. Cabinetry needs replaced or refinished and appliances (washers/dryers) need updating. Several of the items I previously submitted service requests for should have been addressed and repaired ahead of time. Detailed quality checks should be performed by staff management prior to renting a unit. Overall, Alaqua is a nice place to live. I would recommend.

I had pleasure of meeting Jessica this past week while touring apartments. She was very friendly & professional & took her time answering questions. The property is really nice & I like the location kinda tucked in a neighborhood.. the only downside for me was no covered parking.

Gorgeous property with top of the line amenities like a salt water pool, high-end gym equipment and 24 hour resident center. Apartment finishes are top quality with thoughtful layouts that maximize the space, and some even come with attached garages beneath the apartment. The unit i chose overlooks a nature preserve with unobstructed views which is priceless. The leasing office is stunning and the staff were inviting and incredibly helpful. If you are looking for an apartment in North Dallas, I highly recommend doing yourself a service and checking out Alaqua at Frisco

I am not Recomended this place to live😡. because once you Moving out, they charging unexpected amounts for regular things. That means they ask me to pay $718.92 for cooker top lack of clean. (We can buy New one for that Amount) why we aren’t using Cooker we paying rent for Appliances too. it was not Fair also once i move in cooker top is same. because previous resident also used it and I didn’t complain about it cause it’s Normal. may be they charged from last resident for same thing.Like a circle.i have video of whole unit moving in and moving out.once i asked to show video,They refused to see my videos. Because management knows there’s no any fault of mine. we paid monthly $2800 for 3 bed includes3 Garages. looks like they don't like to refund our security deposit once we moving out.

Cons: The administration—or at least the assistant and the supervisor—seem like they’re not used to dealing with people from different ethnic backgrounds. I believe they should work more on their communication with tenants. Yes, we’re renting a building, but that doesn’t mean we should be treated unprofessionally. People like “them” don’t think long term. They also add extra charges that weren’t in the contract, but it’s the typical rock-and-a-hard-place situation—you can’t win with them. Just keep that in mind. I can’t speak for everything else; maybe it was just bad luck in my case. Pros: The repair service is excellent. The maintenance guy is very attentive and polite. For repairs, I’d give them 5 stars.
