Alanza Apartments

Just moved into this property and I can honestly say that I’m very happy with the decision I made because Brianna and Ashley have been so helpful and attentive! I had read the reviews and they honestly speak for themselves, units are spacious, neighborhood is friendly, and most importantly they have great communication which is the most important when you are working with someone who is moving with their family! We had some minor problems upon moving but we have kept in contact and they resolved the concerns we had and put us at ease. I would definitely recommend this community!

So, I am very impressed by the unit I just moved into, and the staff as well. Brianna and Ashely were extremely professional and helpful. They sincerely worked with me when many other places would not. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean and the complex atmosphere as a whole is friendly, quiet and just feels like home. I also love that we have our own parking space without a huge extra fee (no fee!). This is my first apartment and I couldn't be happier!

We worked with Lauren and she was fantastic, very friendly, attentive, and helpful! My partner and I have low credit scores since we’re young and they were able to work with us and get us into our new home! I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone that would like to live somewhere affordable without losing out on looks. The outside is a bit dated but the insides of the units are absolutely adorable and modern. Perfect for our growing family!

We we in a difficult situation due to high rent from our previous landlord, so it was hard to get approved. Then we came across Alanza ☺️ We so grateful to Brianna for helping us throughout the whole process. Plus the apartment is great and the laundromat is right outside our door ( room next to us).

Briana and Ashley were awesome and helpful. They were kind hearted towards Us. We are grateful for the special. We had some minor problems for some things in our apartment but they were FAST to get it resolved. 💯That’s right!!
