Alamo Apartments

For the first time I've lived here the right management is on the property.Ryann has done her best to fix the issues in the property. My electric issue was taken care of in the same day. That's never happened before. She understands the concerns I bring to her in regards to the property maintenance. In the last year I've not had any issues with any work orders or repairs and I'm glad it's kind of stepped up because it was really disappointing before. I'm really glad for that repair being done.

I know someone that used to stay in these apartments and they suck someone needs to call code enforcement instead of fixing the property the right way they rig stuff up the person I know used to stay there for a few years and nothing would get fixed the new management sucks as well they need to close these apartments down and the owners are just as bad they never hire real contractors its like they just find these people off the streets I think homeless people would do a better job I don't not recommend these apartments to anyone just keep in mind mold is everywhere, a/c don't work you can hear the a/c on but it doesn't blow, Roach infested, management complains to much and writes people up for no reason I think if this company gets their stuff together and hirer the right people it would

5 Stars for Brianna and Emilio as they work hard and are quick to respond to the slighest of issues. Even something as simple as replacing an a/c filter!! However, some people here treat it like trash. The apartments are older but roomy and NO BUGS, can't say that about 90% of rentals in SA. I love it here!!

Drunks everywhere,trash,etc. My family has been there since 2007 and hasn't had any problems until recently the new management has been harassing my elderly grandfather. As a frequent visitor to this property I've seen it go downhill within months. Don't recommend living here at all.

Brianna is a sweetheart anything I need she takes care of it quickly. The maintenance work very hard on keeping the property nice. I have lived at many places and here I considered this my home.
