Dexi takes the time to answer every question, explains details clearly, and genuinely cares about residents’ needs. Her follow-through and communication are excellent — she makes sure everything is handled on time and with care. I highly recommend working with her!

I'd like to share my experience moving to Fairway Apartments. I'm very grateful to Dexi, the manager of these apartments, for helping me. Dexi was very helpful in preparing all the documents for the move, explained all the details, and supported me at every stage of the paperwork. My daughter and I really like the apartment and the location; it's very clean and cozy. I recommend these Fairway apartments for living.

The Akelius staff as a whole is a very responsive Residential Company that really listens to your concerns almost instantaneously…. However, the residential staff gets along so well with one another it feels just like family. In addition the Maintenance Supervisor Mr. Carlos Santana is a whole different level of maintenance within itself… At this time I can solely attest to the fact that Mr Carlos Santana leaves me in complete Awe…. Mr Carlos Santana has always seemed to fix every type of building issues I have ever presented him with. Scenic location halfway in between Lake Anne Plaza and Reston Town Center with an easy walk to either. If you love the outdoors but still want to be near cosmopolitan areas like RTC then Fairway is for you!
