At the end of the inspection, he called me to walk through every find and general observation since I was unable to be there at the time, dropping tidbits of how to maintain and what right looks like along the way. What great service! We are buying a stucco home and didn't know the first thing about how to check for quality or how to maintain it. Alexander spent a lot of time giving us detailed information about it. He pointed out and commented on so many things about the house during the inspection that we feel reassured, and like we "know" the house, now. Alexander also has had experience being a safety engineer with big name coorperations; no wonder he is so thorough! Highly recommend!

I was on the 2nd to last day of my option period and was in dire need of an inspection. I saw A&J Inspections, read through Alexander's qualifications, and made a call. I got an appointment for the next morning and after the inspection Alex walked us through everything and gave us advice and personal experience with fixing some of our problems.
