I can not speak higher about this company! I just started renting my property from this team a few months ago and never been more impressed with a rental company! I've looked at other rental companies around Sioux Falls over the last 10+ years and it was a nightmare plus I heard horror stories about those companies not fixing things (so glad that never panned out with those other companies). I just accidentally saw a sign in a yard passing by a home that looked perfect for me but had never heard of the company. This team is: Very professional. Very accommodating. Very responsive to needs and checks up/in quickly if there is/was a possible issue that needed to be taken care of. Maintence comes over as soon as a time is convenient for YOU! They were kind and explained things clearly as they worked. The older gentleman was professional as he taught the younger one how to put in a replacement dishwasher. I liked how they called to let me know when they would arrive. The only complaint I have is that they didn't call on the previous day to let me know that they had to reschedule. But I did appreciate them explaining what happened when they called today.

Gavin suggested a good fitting apartment for my needs! Application was fast and easy, same day approval. Maintenance requests have all been addressed within 24 hours. We had a water heater go bad and flood the main floor. Tyler on the maintenance team was here in less than 30 minutes with fans, and had a new water heater installed in about an hour. This team has been such a great example for how property management should be conducted. I hired them to assist with my own rental, and so far, all I can do is commend them for the responsiveness and communication.

AJ property recently took over at my complex and they are great! Very prompt and super nice! And the maintenance man Tyler the best maintenance man I have even had. I had a few things that needed to be updated and he wastes no time in getting them fixed for me the very next day. They care about their renters and it shows!!!
