AirLake by Pulte Homes

We were told in June vinyl fences were allowed. We moved in January, the HOA hasn't approved the installation and everyone who walks on the street can see my kitchen and everything I am doing at home. There is no privacy. A new house and we have called for repairs 4 times. Doors stuck, electrical outlets don't work, etc.
