This place is absolutely horrible! There has been no clear communication about changes in management or amenities. The new management have been very rude and condescending towards tenants. Very unprofessional! There was no hit water in the month of February, in the dead of winter. Then they shut off the water for at least 54 hours straight. We could not shower, flush, brush our teeth, etc… The parking lot is so slippery that neighbors have slipped on the ice and slush. So dangerous!

No hot water for a FULL month and disconnected water completely with no notice and no eta on how long for. No shuttle for at least two weeks now with no updates on that either- not even running combined schedules anymore. Never plowed parking lot after blizzard and left icy. No communication with residents whatsoever not a care for anyone living here or inconvenience to students who rely on shuttle. Common areas always left a mess and mold present in the apartments. Now electricity is completely off in an apartment where literally everything relies on electric. Utilities not included and they charge 1400-2000$ for rent and none of the listed amenities are actually available to you. Office constantly unstaffed. Overall management is absolutely awful and you’re money is better spent on actua

The management is filled with a bunch of greedy and heartless people. They never told us when the water was first going to get shut off and everyone woke up to no working toilet, shower, and sink. On top of that my apartment completely flooded because the owners went cheap on the pipes and had no back valve system and as a result I had fecal contaminated water all over my apartment which cost me over $800 in damages. Management had no plan whatsoever and instead relied on one man on Halloween night to uber and suck the water out. All they look for is temporary solutions instead of permanent fixes because it's cheaper. Ever since that day there has been countless problems with water and for the past 2-3 months we have had no hot water. For over 48 hours we had no water and no accommodations

Where do i even start man, the management team neglects the needs of every residence not bothering to fix problems that are substantial for basic human needs, there has been no water for 2 days and they do not bother to fix it, the shuttle service constantly does not work with no notice or any status updates of when or when it will not work, for a month many residents have not had hot water. When asked what to do for transportation as they are not providing it all they said was uber or walk. They also do not apologize or do not address any of the ongoing problems within the apartment.

Owner says management “transitioned” in February, and since then they stopped paying the old staff (including the shuttle driver), so everyone quit. The new “management” has been a mess: they’ll say anything to get through the moment, then deny it later—like claiming the shuttle driver was “sick” when they simply weren’t paying him. They’ve also tried to charge duplicate rent while residents’ existing deposits/payments are still in limbo. We had lukewarm water at best, plus repeated pipe bursts and even a 48+ hour water shutdown with basically no proper notice—yet during the outage they were literally marketing room tours like “apply today” 🤡. And despite having residents’ emails, they still tell people to “check Instagram” for updates. I wouldn’t live here even if it were $100/month. Stro
