Aho Construction - Moses Lake

We are so happy with our new home. We are so pleased with how everything turned out with Aho Construction. Our consultant Guadalupe was so incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind. We had a unique situation being so far away while the home was being built. Guadeloupe took her time to show us virtually our home throughout the entire process she truly went above and beyond. The transparency and workmanship of Aho Construction simply cannot be matched. We would definitely purchase a new home from them again.

The warranty and repair issues we have had with this company and their subcontractors have been nothing short of ridiculous. The subs will schedule to repair a warranty item and won't show up for their appointment then are unreachable for weeks or don't bring what they need. Holes all over the exterior that animals have got into. Wrong trades sent to do subpar repairs. The concrete at my house has been falling apart since before the first year was up and they will not cover it. Total nightmare to deal with. Don't waste your money.

They lie to get you in the door, and finish quality is mediocre. From trash in the yards, cracked drywall, power issues, missing window screens and locks, insulation issues, broken or mispainted cabinets.. it’s like no one is supervising the contractors. They did fix all my issues, but I did have to stay on top of them. They told everyone in the community that the large vacant land is going to be a community park, that the city is putting it together. But the city has a different story, they have no plans for it. But of course, we find out afterwards. HOA is the second we’ve had, and they are ridiculous. I thought I had bought into a nice lot build neighborhood with some HOA rules. I was wrong.

I recently purchased my first home with Aho. Very smooth process and easy to work with. The home is beautiful! We had a small issue come up right away but Darren took care of it. He was professional and was able to help us in a timely manner. Thank you! I would recommend this company if you are on the fence.
