Samantha at Aggieland Propteries is the BEST!! Where do I even start? Before listing our house she came out and walked us through what we needed to do to get it market ready. She even sent us contacts that were amazing to get the bigger jobs done. Mid way throught the process we had a family death and she did not pressure us to move forward and was so understanding to the issue. When we finally (we worked slow) she was with us every step of the way offering guidance and feed back!! When our house went under a very quick contract she helped us switch lenders and get all the paperwork done. The day of closing she came out to me at my school and then drove the keys to me before leaving out of town. There is no question, that samantha is absolutely the best out there!
