For a first time renter, I really loved and appreciated the experience that agency gave me. Woodie helped me from beginning to end. Communication was on point and addressed in a timely manner. Scheduling the viewings for the units was easy and very manageable for my schedule. As for the viewing itself Woodie made that process really comfortable and covered a lot of the basics that was needed for the property, along with any questions I had. I really appreciated the fact that the application and payment processes were able to be done online. Moving into the unit was an easy process. Super smooth moving experience! From the beginning when we messaged that we were interested to the very end when we received our keys. Woodie communicated with us so clearly from the beginning and lifted all of the stress of finding a new place to live. The property is well maintained and clean and I feel safe coming and going throughout my day. Everyone in the complex has welcomed us with warm greetings, we love living here. 10/10 RECOMMEND Agency Rentals, it’s hard to come by good rental agencies nowadays but this is a good one!

We had a wonderful experience with Woodie! He showed us perfect apartments for our budget & lifestyle - we loved the 2nd one we saw and are living there now! Quick & thorough communication during the entire process. Very secure process for viewing apartments too! The tenant portal is also very easy to use which we appreciate.
