This is the WORST PLACE. My family member lives here and the place stinks like cat piss so bad you can smell it just before you get there and my family's garbage disposal has NEVER WORKED so the sink doesn't drain and smells terrible maintenance was supposed to fix it.They said they knew about it.And would fix it this within the week, they have lived there for 6 months it's never been fixed and the AC is leaking in the hallway, and the air quality in there is terrible. And now it's infested with roaches that came from next door along with the smell of weed that comes into their apartment. The place is terrible security terrible. I witnessed 2 young men and 2 women breaking into cars. Report. it and absolutely nothing was done. DO NOT MOVE THERE SPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS EVEN IF THE PRICE

The amount of cats over here is ridiculous, they will follow you and even come in your house. They have a resident feeding them along with the birds. It honestly looks like sleepwalkers over here. The pot holes are so deep will damage your car. Last week there was shattered glass all in the parking lot and every speed bump you went over the glass was there. Maintenance takes FOREVER to fix anything. Worst of all, your car will be towed for backing in or double parking when the lines on the pavement can barely be seen. I saw the toe truck literally towing someone's car at 2am. Times are hard people are struggling and you want to tow people's car then charge an astronomical amount of money to retrieve it. I WOULD NOT recommend renting here until they get their shit together, apartments are

The grounds are messy and distroid by the kids that live here. Trash hasn't been picked up in weeks, the smell is horrible

This place doesn't notify you for any billing changes or arrangements. Everything is last minute with this company and it is just a bunch of office people chilling around. They will tow your vehicle whenever they feel, no reasoning behind it. They are willing to breach their own contract for money fishing. Ever since the new management came around, the real important things aren't getting situated like fences are broken, raptured speed bumps (too many), and majority of the units aren't up to shape by the time you move in. Unbelievable, as a service veteran, this is horrible living conditions... Lawyer up guys

DO NOT MOVE HERE this place is the biggest rip off I've been living here for about 4 years they will fine you $600 for refusing pest service they hide in the office and threaten tenants with fines if we come in with a complaint or any comment in fact the gates never work longest I seen a week the kids there a rude and destroy the complex throwing rocks at windows and crime in the area is out of control oh don't leave anything valuable in your car it will be broken into they will get security for a bit then you will never see them again this place sucks 100,000 percent and I'm not the only tenant that feels this way. they will not care about you or your privacy they just want your money and don't give a damn if you go hungry or not. you have all been warned do the right thing for your self
