Make sure that when y’all are closing on a house that y'all pay attention to every little detail, we’ve done countless work orders that were never resolved. We moved in Dec 2025 and we now have no grass in our backyard due to them placing dead grass in our yard that we told them about before move in that was never fixed, Our water bill is 4x the amount it should be because of the water sprinklers that we had work orders in since September, our walls are literally cracking, the placement of the dryer vent outside is causing issues with our ac unit that requires them to come out and clean the whole ac vents which is $300 out of our pocket & our dish washer was never placed in correctly which is causing this piece to stick out. You have to make sure to be on them because they won’t come out

Horrible home buying experience and they don’t fix the issues that come with the house. I’ve actually tried to contact them on numerous occasions without any response back. I wouldn’t leave a bad review for no reason.

Spiffy San Antonio was invited to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony located at Agave by Century Communities located at 4843 Sahara Valley. The floor plans are very nice. Spiffy is a mobile car wash , mobile detailing and oil change service here in San Antonio.

Very helpful and friendly staff, Anthony and Greg are my go-tos they are knowledgeable and prompt with any issue I've ever asked them about be it my house or the home-buying process. Would highly recommend!
