They took 160$ worth of application fees to not be able to get ahold of them through the whole process just be rejected because they couldn't get ahold of our current land lords. Confirmed with our land lords that they never contacted them at all. Theyre running scams to steal application fees

They scam people to collect fees then don't even try and reach out to current landlords like they said they woild. Stole 160$ just to not even try and contact current landlords and took a month to even get a response! Pure theft do not deal with them they're collecting application fees with 0 intent on following through!

Literally just moved in and nothing but problems!! Would you believe I was required to purchase a residents benefit package that includes pest control but doesn’t cover a pest that is predominant in this area! ANTS!! And was told I could get an estimate on how much it would cost for me to pay for it and it would be presented to the owners! I hadn’t even moved in but am dealing with pests! Whoa! Would you also believe rent is due on the first with absolutely no grace period. Now I get pay your bills on time and I do! My money comes in on the third! It’s auto pay every month. Doesn’t matter and I have to pay a 10% late fee and this property management company reports to the credit bureaus! I wish you could test drive a home! This is absurd. Don’t sign a lease here!!! I've lived in one of their rentals for two years. The house is fine considering it's a rental. It's definitely a rental that's been lived in for many years, missmatched floors, mismatched paint on walls and ceiling, etc. But the maintenance staff have been five stars amazing. Our hot water heater went out during the subzero cold snap/snow storm a few years ago. The maintenance guys were out the very next day as soon as it was safe to replace it. Our first property manager, Sharon, was amazing but she left AG Homes a while ago. After she left it's been near impossible to get an answer of any kind from the main office. Have tried to look at a few properties. The person in the office who calls them self Ryan is very off putting. Feels like you are getting the 3rd degree for just wanting to view a property. Questions and lectures about your credit score before even looking at a property even though you still have to send them a picture of you and your ID to view a property. (I spoke to him two days in a row. Today he said his name was Ryan and yesterday said his name was Miguel).
