Affinity at Loveland

My Mom & Dad moved in here March 2024 and it’s been fantastic. Chris and Hayley are always responsive, friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues have been fixed quickly and professionally. The 2br 1.5 bathroom is perfect for them and the balcony is a nice bonus. The neighbors are all super friendly and fun too! So happy we found Affinity, it’s a great community. The only small thing is the second bedroom doesn’t have a/c but we’ll sort something out.

We are so fortunate to have an all-around great staff. The maintenance crew just completed some work in our apartment. They are always prompt, responsive, thorough, and willing, and do such a good job for everyone.

Wow! We were visiting Loveland Colorado on Valentine's day (We live at the Affinity in Lafayette Colorado) and traveled up to Loveland and stayed at the Affinity, and all I can say is Wow! The staff was very friendly and efficient, the guest suite was well stocked and very clean and even had a snack for us. My wife and I felt very special. Thank you Affinity at Loveland!

Hi Affinity is an awesome place to live. The staff is so incredibly kind. Lots of activities with diverse interest that can include many different people which, makes for great entertainment. For instance; I haven't played games in forever and now I can't wait to try a new game. Another would be the pot lucks to celebrate all birthdays of the month and hang out with new friends. These are just a couple things but there is so much more. You have middle age to older energetic folks all enjoying the large common areas. In a very safe environment for residents. It's also a Perfect location to all outside needs.

I wanted to take the time to share what an amazing experience we have had with Affinity and Brittany in the front office in particular. My father passed away in Florida a few months ago and we were looking for a place for my mother to begin a new chapter in her life closer to us. A friend had told us about Affinity and I cant say enough good things about this special place. Brittany has taken our family under her wing as she patiently dealt with all of our questions and her demeanor and interaction with our mother was full of compassion. She is so incredibly kind and joyful and that is something you cannot teach. We could not have imagined such a wonderful introduction to this community. This weekend we will be moving our mom into her bright, cheery, clean new apartment chock-full of ameni
