When we looked to move here we told the rental agent that having pool access was a must. She lead us to believe that we would have it. But upon moving in we learn from a resident that the pool hadn’t been open in 4 years. The pool did finally open in July last year but the once weekly cleaning made it quite disgusting and they closed it before Labor Day without notice. Who knows if it will be open this year. Then we noticed that residents often don’t care to use the dog park and just let their dogs shit in the grass right by our door and just leave it there despite multiple doggie bag stations and signs that say to clean up after your dog. I have been living here for three weeks and was moved into an apartment that was not ready to be leased. My floors were flooded before I moved in due to broken hot water heater. The window in my den was broken and open. None of my living room lights work properly. My drawers are broken in my kitchen. My bathroom faucet will not stop running. My entire floor in living room kitchen and bathroom is flooded with water from hot water heater leak. hot water heater has been replaced and now the new one it was replaced with is broken and now leaking. My apartment is completely flooded with water and is now turning into mold and I have been waiting on maintenance to fix my issue for 3 weeks now and nobody has come. The apartments are nice with 2 major problems of cockroaches and unleashed dogs. I am older an afraid to walk the complex for fear of the unleashed dogs. The maintenance men are on their jobs. Please tell the people that have dogs to pick up their poop and put them on a leash georgia has leash laws. Oh yeah some ppl here have 5 or 6 people in 1 or 2 bedroom apts. I just found out the mold is making me dizzy too wow. I have no where to go ny income is low.

Very good maintenance team, mostly responds by same day and fixes in one visit..no delays from last one year. Prompt delivery of work order updates, no hassle or no follow-ups. My unit has a new microwave when we move in and which broke after 10 months. I request service on morning and got a quick visit by Mr. Suvad Ciric. Right-way troubleshooted and identified it needs to be replaced. Within 2 days, Team got new one and replaced it with no follow-ups .. Located in the heart of beautiful neighborhood surrounded by food courts, grocery marts, accessible freeways, schools and gyms. Very good affordable housing community 👍 in the neighborhood. Every home is a special ❤ in this community. I like every home having a balcony or sunset or sunrise view ..

Don’t ever think about living in this place. The whole complex is a dumpsters. There’s trash and bugs everywhere. It’s nothing like the photos you see in the website. The units are the worst part. When I moved in I couldn’t even sleep in peace, because bugs were falling from the ceiling on my bed. Since the first day here, I’ve been asking the management to fix a bunch off issues in my unit, but they just ignore me. Maintenance come here and just tell me that they don’t have the parts to fix what needs to be fixed. When they leave, they close my working orders without fixing anything. Check the photos to see how this place and the unit looks like. If you move here, you are going to mistreated, disrespected and ignored by the whole team of management and maintenance.
