Advenir at San Tropez

We just moved out after completing our first year there. Looking back, as first-time renters, I wish we had done more research before moving in. Let’s start with the positives: the location is amazing — everything is nearby, from the airport to supermarkets and malls. The office staff are very friendly and professional, especially January. She truly made everything smooth for us and went above and beyond to help, not just because it was her job. Now, the not-so-good parts. Don’t be fooled by the photos or the model units — the actual apartments are quite outdated. The bathroom is painted completely white — walls, ceiling, bathtub, even the sink — and over time, the paint starts peeling, and rust begins to show through. Horrible and outdated appliances. One washer and one dryer for entire building. No matter how many times they repair it, it breaks over and over again. Buildings have been out of a washer and dryer for some time. Building 7 has been out of a washer and dryer for almost 3 months. They finally “fixed” it. The entire washing machine spins out of place and sounds like someone is outside banging on pots, pans, cars, doors, and drums. Do not live here. It’s not worth it. There are better and affordable apartments elsewhere. Oh yeah, and the entire apartment complex is permanently decorated with major pot holes throughout the entire neighborhood in every parking lot. Oh, and the a/c unit freezes over every time when you put the thermostat to 73 degrees or below. The pungent smell of mold and mild

Advenir at San Tropez is such a peaceful, welcoming community. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, the amenities make everyday living feel effortless, and the whole place has a warm, comfortable vibe. It’s truly a great place to call home!

I moved out. They threaten me with pictures of mold on the wall trying to scare me. I’ll fight yall in court. Please don’t push me to legal actions. That place is dirty I got sick multiple times. Had my car tow plenty of times there even while it was registered. Trust guys I have pics of my own to. So im going to tell you people again leave me alone.

I like to first, thank Ms January for an excellent job in finding me an apartment, when I only had a couple of days to find a place to live. She is Great! Since I been living here the Maintenance Team is awesome in providing service to my unit. The Best! You don’t have to wait long they are on top of the service you need. The grounds needed some work and it was taking care of. A few washing machines needed to be replaced. The Management Team here replaced them. Brand new! Awesome place to live. I want to thank the whole team. Great Job Steve. My unit is brand new. Awesome!
