Living at the advenir for the few months that I did was the worst decision of my entire life. I have never ever seen such messy, incompetent, disgusting, degrading, condescending, lazy, unqualified, LYING, shady, scum managment. I cant believe we were so guilable. I cant believe I was so naive to think that they were genuine. I had the worst feeling in my stomach for weeks after we got the lease, i should have seen that as a red flag. I also should have known the overly nice act with the employees was fake because once we moved in we couldnt get ahold of them ever. They refused to show us the apartment for weeks up until hours before move in which they said was policy and everytime i said i was getting concerned that we couldnt just see it before we moved in they said they were just doing

Advenir at Clermont is a very nice place to live, I agree took me 2 visits to make my decision but has been the best because of maintenance are very communicative and Front office Samantha Santos is a “Gem” genuinely with her personality and service. Looking for a peaceful place to live and nearby everything this is the place. Thanks to Samantha for see the apartment 2 times always making me feel like here is “Home”.

I recently had the pleasure of touring this beautiful community, and from the moment I stepped into the leasing office, I was impressed. The space is tastefully decorated with stylish furniture and warm, inviting decor. Despite surely welcoming many visitors before me, the team made me feel like I was the very first—they were genuinely attentive and welcoming. As someone who works in customer service, I can confidently say that the staff here is exceptional. It’s clear they’re supported by strong leadership—from their manager to the ownership behind the scenes. There’s a real sense that they care about each person who walks through the door. Between Samantha and Beth in the main office, my faith in great customer service is much restored! It took some serious hunting to eventually end up here, but the beautiful location was only half of it. The other convincing half are the people. No excessive coddling that feels fake nor frigid shoulders from uncaring employees. I have found this place to sit comfortably at the middle of being straight up authentic and frank while at the same time exerting visible effort to meet you where they can. Samantha made touring apartments for 2 different families at the same time a cinch. Just before writing this, Beth (during her end of day office walkthrough) literally just checked in on how I was doing and invited me to a Mocktails and Billiards night they are hosting for any interested residents
