Advenir at Castle Hill

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like Lauren Wilkes at Advenir at Castle Hill truly deserves one. From the moment we started our move-in process, Lauren made everything simple and stress-free. She handled every detail, followed up without me ever having to ask, and made sure we understood exactly what to expect. She’s incredibly organized and always one step ahead, which made a huge difference during a hectic time. But what really stands out is that her support didn’t stop after move-in. My first time ever having this apartment experience. The girls at the front office have been amazing with helping answering questions and helping me feel a part of the community here. My views are the most therapeutic views ever created. Every night God shows out with painting these beautiful sunsets. Absolutely love my place and living here!!!!

I can’t say enough great things about the resident events put on by the Apartment Life staff at Advenir at Castle Hill! The activities are always set up so beautifully and are incredibly inclusive for all age groups. They are always so much fun and provide the perfect space to grow closer to the community and meet neighbors. A huge thank you to the Apartment Life staff for putting so much heart into making this a great place to live!

One thing I can guarantee you is that if you move to this community, parking for your vehicle will be almost nonexistent. The community itself is good, but the office is very slow when it comes to resolving any issues. I’m just warning new residents — don’t say I didn’t warn you.

UPDATE: Have now been called by corporate who is extremely rude who threatened a 3 day notice for eviction when I turned my keys in over a week ago and signed a paper stating I was breaking my lease. RUN from this apartment complex. Moved into the community last March. The community is kept clean, I will give them that… however, I started having problems with neighbors smoking weed in their apartment back in November. I messaged the property, they said they would “ send out an email “. Nothing changed. Sent another message in December.. with the same response. No change. Went up to the office in December to cancel my lease for not renewing was asked why and told them what was happening. Each time i was only told an email would be sent out. I am now pregnant, and this is a hazard to myself
