Do not go with this realty if Diana Williams is put as your agent. She is unreliable, causes conflict between other tenants, twists stories and does not take a Godly approach in helping during crisis situations. I had always paid my rent at least a week ahead of time, for almost 3 years. My children ran into a crisis situation and came to stay with me (without my planning) which caused a financial hardship. She said they had to leave, refused to add them to the lease temporarily and refused to work with me when my rent payment couldn't be taken from by bank because the funds were being used in the crisis. She gave me 3 days or I had to immediately vacate - after being an above average tenant. I'm having to find something now before tomorrow... She plans to force me out... AGAIN, af
