Sandra is wonderful to work with. She is quick to address any issues that arise with any of her properties. She does a complete punch list of every property before she lists the home for rent. She's call us regularly to request roof and exterior siding inspections, roof maintenance repairs, and roof replacements for her homes. She cares deeply about every property she has, making sure they look beautiful and function properly. I am very impressed and honored to work with the Advantage Property MGMT team.

Sandra has managed my house since 2011. Since agreeing to work with her and her team, my house has never gone more than two months without a responsible, long term tenant. She screens every potential tenant to ensure she moves in someone that will care for the home as if it was their own. Her commission and management fee are reasonable. Additionally, she always deposits the rent money to my bank account on time and communicates any maintenance issues with me as soon as practicable. I highly recommend her to home owners that prefers a hands off approach to owning a rental property.

Air conditioner and shower door had work orders for repairs consistently from day one until we moved out 3 years later. We never complained and dealt with the hot summer Georgia heat month over month each year with a broken AC. The treatment we received when we had to relocate for my job was insulting. The women managing this place are jokes. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had as a long term renter.

For 11 years we have used this team for our Property Management Firm. If there was an issue, it’s a phone call and we get it fixed ASAP . Faye and Sandra are extremely fluid on communications and payments. I’m thankful we decided on Faye and Sandra, they have made our lives so much easier with renting our home out.
