Would give zero stars if possible. Overall impossible to work with and deal with and way over priced HOA fees. Side walk and streets also weren't properly shoveled or salted resulting in me falling and hitting my head and getting a concussion. They also repeatedly keep contacting the wrong person for MY property.

Very good people to work with honest trustworthy, and on the job the ladies that are doing a fine job you need to call him. If you need a property manager they are local and they are the best.

I called Millie (APM property manager) over 4 months ago stating that there was yard debris in my neighbor's back yard in full view from our property. This is in violation of Item 10 of Protective Covenants & Restrictions - Glenn Moor subdivision (West Chester, OH) which specifies that a property's appearance needs to be maintained "neat and attractive". Millie informed me that she told the neighbor to have the debris removed immediately. Unfortunately, the debris is still present. Millie has since ignored my emails and phone calls. I pay my annual dues and expect HOA rules and regulations to be enforced. Why have any by-laws/regulations if they are not enforced? I am beyond disappointed in APM. They don’t even deserve one star.

This company is a JOKE! They have no problem raising the hoa fees, but don't make any effort to address the issues that are brought to their attention. If it were possible for my family and I to leave at this time, we definitely would. I would strongly advise anyone considering moving into one of their properties not to. Believe me, as soon as we can get out of here, we are gone.

Condo Owners requested legal documents from Advantage Feb. 29 repeatedly through email, mail and certified mail. We also met with the company requesting our legal documents. So far they refuse to turn over the documents such as bank statements, insurance policies, meeting notes.... This is just half of the problems. It is The middle of march and no documents.
