We had been renting with Richard and Carrie for almost five years. They are wonderful landlords and although I never met Carrie, she was very prompt in answering question or any any issues through email. Richard is also excellent in addressing any maintenance issues whether it be a heating/cooling problem or appliance breaking, he would answer your call no matter what time of day or night. Unfortunately, the owner decided to sell the rental home so we had to move, otherwise we would continue renting. Thank you Richard and Carrie, it was a pleasure having you as landlords.

We rented from Richard for two years and appreciated the responsiveness and overall care he (and his wife) put into their business. Our first year renting with them, the owner decided to sell and it was not an ideal time to find another rental - with prices skyrocketing following the pandemic, as well as limited inventory. They were so understanding and worked with while finding another rental, which ended up being another home with them, and they kept our rent the same, which they absolutely didn't have to do. Market rates would have put the home a lot higher. Our only complaint would be their contracted maintenance companies generally lacked professionalism, but that isn't uncommon among contractors... it's hard to find reputable and reliable trades. Richard and Carrie managed a rental property for me while I was living out of state for the past ~2.5 years. They did a great job in finding tenants, addressing maintenance issues, and everything else involved in renting the property. I didn't have to worry about a thing. When a more expensive maintenance issue came up, they always checked with me first. They are quick to respond to emails and were very reasonable (more so than they need to be) on the percent that they charged.
